So my day

well my weekend started off with checking out a new nite at the masque venue in liverpool.

it was called kookoo.

straight away it has a gayness about it. which is never bad in bars/clubs, seeing as the best bars and clubs are for gays. (maybe thats why electric six sing about them)

wasnt too hot on this nite, although it was its opening, and they probably wanna tweak alot of stuff.

but the high-lite of the nite. some camera man asked if he could a picture of moi. i said of course, and he did.

i used to take photographs (and still do from time to time at garlands) and a close friend of mine runs a website where he visits clubs (in liverpool/manchester) and takes photos to put up on his site, so i was interested where these pics where going.

"gay times" was the photographers reply.

which i guess'd correctly was a [gay] magazine (and the issue i'm in is out in a months time, prize for who ever spots moi)

....so looking forward to framing that on my living room wall for all to see.

any one watchin big brother?

fredrico, has become one of my favourite people on tv to watch.

asking big brother what she is wearing, and if its possible for him to see big brother "take a shit, just one time"  this is entertainment.....pity i find everyone else in the house annoying, especially Gus.

Radiohead

so they release their new album "hail to the thief" next monday.

and a few critics dont like it. they say its not "the radiohead sound" (its coming from radiohead, how much more radiohead should it sound)

alot of fans say "its not like their old stuff" (and if it was youd complain cos it was like their old stuff. if you wanna hear ok computer again go to your cd collection)

reporters say that radiohead is a brand name. "If you were smart, cool and worried about the world, nothing broadcast it quicker than some casually scattered Radiohead discs"

but what happened to being able to sit down and listen to a radiohead cd without worrying if its not as good as their old stuff, or being brand'd a particular type of person cos you own their last few albums. why should one band have to carry so much on its shoulders?

let them play their music how they want, and stop comparing it to ok computer.

let the fans listen to it, without being thought of as "sucidal" or a fan of jamie oliver.

ok, thanks to the guys at phonebin, im in one of them needs for the most uselss facts.

here is some of my favourites.

On average, 12 newborns will be given to the wrong parents daily. (thats gonna come back to haunt moi in a few years time)

Charlie Chaplin once won third prize in a Charlie Chaplin look alike contest.  (matt groening also reckons if he applied for a simpsons artist he wouldn't get the job)

Celery has negative calories! It takes more calories to digest a piece of celery than the celery has in it to begin with. (for the ladies)

You burn more calories sleeping than you do watching television.  (what happens if your fall asleep watching the tv, or dream of watching the tv?)
