A bit more linkage.

I've just found my new favourite website.

Wikiquote

From the guys at wikipedia, but just quotes. Including some great lines from Seinfeld and Bill Hicks routine. And that is just scratching the surface. I don't think I'll ever have a dull conversation again....actually I will, but for blogging sake I won't.
Anyways, I think I'll right a few of these down, remember them and practise some comedy routines on a few girls tonight to see which one's will impress one lucky girl next weekend
(Although it's probably best not to quote lines from a show you've recommended "that we have to watch.")

Also there was new reports last month of an ebayer selling a broken laptop. When he refused to refund the buyer the buyer decided to restore the broken laptop and checkwhat was on it. He foudn some pictures of the seller with not much on - No Sammy there is no full nudity, calm down dear haha.
But some of the strangest photos on there was of girls legs he had photographed on the Tube. So ladies of London, can you see your legs? Have you ever thought that maybe someone had photographed you without you knowing?

The Email

Or "Is this thing still on?"

Unlike Microsoft applications, I love stuff from Google. I have gmail, desktop, picasso, Earth, the fact they support firefox laods and I've even signed up for there "Personalised Home Page" at google.co.uk
Now I can't access gmail from work, which is an absolute arse, but by using the personl google home page I can see wahts in my inbox, withour actually being able to read the email. i.e. I get the subject and who its from.
Currently there is one email in my inbox from "Mr Jesus." Anyone want to own up?

Also the weather up here is amazing. I dont think I've seen one cloud in the sky. And before I get any smart arse comments, yes Im sat in front of a window so I can see the sky.
All this makes for a great weekend. Starting off hopefully a few drinks in the local. Tomorrow shenanagins in a break beat club. Ending with a trip to the zoo. Nice!

So this is a new 20six

Well I'm sure I'll get used to the new platform. Although I still think the other one was better. Infact I think there are other blogsites that have a better platform this this one also.
Getting on to my blog was a bit of a mission at first. If anyone isnt too sure just go to the "Your Blogs" link after logging on. This will allow you to change, or delete your password so everyone can see your blog.
Writing an entry seems easy enough. The preview tool is a good new feature. Although this may of been on the last one but I never looked.
Editing isn't as easy when going through archived entries. Although I'm not too sure why anyone would want to edit a 5 month old entry.
The first noticable difference is the missing favourites. But everyone knew about that. Now to add all your favourites could take a while. But ladies and gents, I found a quick way to add all your favourites on.
Remember that post when you copied all your favourites and put them on an entry. Well if you go copy them, then on the "overview" section of your blog, under the adminstrator heading is a button to add "additional pages". If you add an extra page and paste all your favourites you'll find that when viewing your blog you can access all your favourites with a quick click."
But all my pictures have gone. Including all the ones from the zoo the other day.
I can at least keep tracks on comments on my own blog, by looking in the "feedback" section on the "overview" page.
Following comments on other blogs could be a little hard. I was hoping that coComment.com would of been integrated on the new platform. But it is not. So I've signed up to that for nothing. Unless 20six decide to look in to this option for comment tracking. Otherwise I'm just going to have to rely on emails. Although this means commenting on a Sammy entry could fill my inbox up pretty quick. Maybe I should open a new email account just for comments?
Another thing I dont like is always being logged out when going to the front page. THis is quite annoying. I've found I get logged out quite easily just when surfing through the new 20six.
And finally, after finding the "bloglists" button at the bottom of my overview page I found a way to have a look at all the latest entries from everyone. But for some reason, my blog wont show up on the bloglists. Strange

Edit
Well my blog is now shopping up on the bloglist. Yesss! The Jave Editor works really well when writing/editing entries. All there is a problem with youtube that I was having, but I've been able to work around and reported a possible bug that needs fixing. The Java Editor is in the "Your Data" bit and needs to be swithced on, but apperently 20six will be updated so this is always on unless switched off.
The Java Editor allows you to create links easier. But not only that you can chose if you want the link to open in the current window or a new window. Very fancy. Also creating pop ups is simple now. I'm sure Ill put this to alot of use, for now check out this sighting of a possible new leader of the World .
Comment tracking I'm told will be looked in to by integrating coComment into 20six. If everyone signs up to coComment then everyone can keep up with everyone elses comments.
But another favourite thing of mine for the new Java Editor is the pcictures. Although you can only upload pictures in the "Images" section, I can now fool around alot more. Like this..

Scroll your mouse over the image. For Real!

The Weekend

Or "Let's see how fun this thing really is?"*

So after having a weekend plan to look forward to, it all kind of disappeared somehow.

Chris Connors never rang on Saturday. Which meant there was no shenanigans. Although I did go for a walk around my local aread and found a massive park. Which was a complete surprise.

Unfortunately also my mum doesnt seem to be coming down this weekend. I still might take a walk up to the park/zoo later. It says it's going to rain but if the sun stays out I'll go for a walk.

Although it wasn't all bad. Zoolady came up for a surprise visit. I think the temptation of good weather (and obviously getting to see moi (Wow there is loads of Smililes - Ed) was too much for her to resist so she came up after work.
It was well dead nice seeing her and which has kept moi very happy despite her having to leave early Saturday morning.
Another good surprise was having Zoolady call moi at 3am when she got home drunk after a night out with friends. Although I did get a fright as I was a sleep and my phone makes a "screaming" noise when it rings. I really should change that.

What happens if you mix Seinfeld with Muppet Babies..Seinfeld Babies

*Maybe it's not that fun at all...

The Card

Or "I tell you, monkey's aren't evil."

So Zoolady sent moi a well dead nice card to say thank you for a good weekend. It was a complete surprise. Not only because I wasn't expecting it, but because the postman left it in a shed - that I didn't know was open, and left crypting clues around my house. Okay actually he left a note saying "Parcel in the shed" So maybe it wasn't that cryptic.

Anyway, here is what my card looks like....

Roll over to see what's inside...

I assume the card had been delievered as I was taking Zoolady to the train station. So that was two nice surprise's from the fabulous Zoolady in one day. Yesssss!!

Also the Rev. Chunky Butt Funky has paid visit to my site, so here is a plug for him
