Plus I now have a new job role. Basically I dont have to take calls anymore. Which is never fun. Its always good to have someone moan at you each day. So I asked for a little bit of phone time.
And thats life.

(6.7.04 11:09) im not being sarcastic. (and that there wasnt sarcastic either - haha) i quite actually like hearing peoples complaints. it reeminds moi how petty the world can be sometimes. Like that guy that complained for months by email about a refund. i spoke wto him and the refund was for £4.50 for taxi reciepts. |
