Moi at the zoo
I'll stick some comments on later - Need to get ready for work....
The giraffe that just wouldn't pose for the camera
So we had to cheat and walk around their huge kennels to take a photo
The meerkats (thanks Georgia) were ace. Despite being outside they were sat under a heat lamp keep warm.
The giraffes cousin, Mr Okapi. Who has dead big ears.
After hunting it's reflection all day this lion (in a tiger costume) needed a nap. - Thanks to Cookie for spotting that mistake.)
The crazy otter's were play fighting all the time.

And finally, yes Rudette. I do look like a dorkdude!!
Moi nor Zoolady knew what this otter was digging for?

(2.6.06 09:21) Feather - I was expecting a few more. But apperently the Zoolady didnt like her photo so didnt send that. And I suspect the monkey ones turned out all blurry. These are just the ones that turned out best. These and the one of the monkey earlier....actually I'll post that up in a bit Cardy - No, I wish I did. That would be cool. I'd just feed monkies all day. Rudette - Well the other reference was the KKK. I'm glad no one has said I look like one of them. Yeah my hair is crap haha. I hated wearing that hood up haha Senióretta Killjoy - Were they? You missed out, when we were there they were fighting and playing. They kept jumping in the water grabbing stones from the bottom, bringing them to the top then dropping them again. Zoolady - The video is quite big in size. Im going to have to see how to shrink it...or I'll just post it on you tube and link it here. Watch this space. Where are the photos of you? Rudette - Yep a Zoolady. She isnt my wife, its the person I went to the zoo with though. I havent been giving out my blog address to random zoo employees |

Georgia - Thanks for pointing that out. I wasn't thinking straight, too early. Well we get 50% off our next tickets so next time we go we will make sure to have the batteries fully charged on teh camera and take more photos. |
